Aldwark Manor Estate is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Head Chef to lead the kitchens across Elements Restaurant, Salus Spa and Bunkers Kitchen. You will oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service, and mentor the junior team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong culinary training, food safety discipline and proven leadership, with responsibility for menu development, costing, and compliance across three restaurant concepts.
