About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Control budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability across all hotel departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, budget management, and revenue management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
