About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of a premier establishment in Leicester . This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, drive revenue growth, and manage all aspects of hotel operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all staff members and ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, while controlling costs effectively.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage hotel staff to achieve high performance standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management for all departments.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and F&B management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting tools.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and a track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
