Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve optimal occupancy, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Manage the hotel budget, control costs, and analyse financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate department managers and their staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, P&L statements, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and standard office applications.
