Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments including front office, housekeeping, and F&B.

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance management, and motivation to foster a high-performing team.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory effectively to meet financial targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and event management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
