Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations within the hotel premises.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, vendors, and local authorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar senior operational role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management, financial planning, and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and relevant software.
