Key Responsibilities
- Develop short-term and long-term revenue forecasts and pricing strategies for all room types.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage inventory and control room availability across all distribution channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Analyze performance data and generate regular reports on key revenue metrics.
- Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of revenue management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and revenue management software.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach to maximizing revenue in Liverpool .
