In this role, you will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and implement effective pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for rooms and related services.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and packages.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting techniques, and distribution channels.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
