Housing Officer

BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Croydon and Southwark

• Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management.
• Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers.
• Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
• Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability. Hours; Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm Contract- Temporary ongoing contract up to 12 months to start ASAP Pay rate: £30.50ph UMBRELLA
