The individual We’re looking for someone who combines strong legal knowledge with curiosity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in technology and AI.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous housing experience working in one of the following areas: Housing disrepair claims, a Housing Association/Local Authority/Landlord or the Housing Ombudsman Service. A good understanding of the information and processes involved in housing complaints/disputes and their resolution. An analytical and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to spot patterns, anomalies and quality issues. You don’t need to be highly technical – curiosity and logical thinking are more important. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing, investigation and documentation. A naturally curious and constructively sceptical approach – you’ll be comfortable questioning whether an output is genuinely correct and defensible, rather than simply plausible. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and precise feedback to both Product and Development colleagues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across different workstreams. A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving product environment. A genuine interest in Legal Tech, AI and the future of legal services. This is a chance to take your housing law experience in a different direction. Rather than working solely on traditional legal matters, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your legal knowledge to the development of an AI-powered product, working alongside Product and Development specialists and helping shape how technology is used within the housing sector. You don't need to be an AI expert to apply for this role. We’re looking for someone who can bring their legal expertise, judgement and attention to detail and apply it in a new and exciting environment
