Our client is seeking a meticulous and organised HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their HR department in Norwich . This part-time role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of HR functions, including managing employee records, assisting with payroll, and supporting recruitment activities. You will be the first point of contact for many HR queries, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with the processing of payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
- Support the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and onboarding packs.
- Respond to HR queries from employees and line managers in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the organisation of training sessions and employee events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Part-time availability, with flexibility to attend the office in Norwich as required.
