About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide essential support to their Human Resources department. This role is integral to the smooth running of HR operations, ensuring efficient administration and accurate record-keeping. As this is a fully remote position, you will be proficient in using digital tools to manage tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders. This is an excellent entry point into the HR field for someone who is methodical, proactive, and keen to develop their career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Process new starter information, employment changes, and leaver documentation efficiently.
- Support the HR team with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll queries, and pension schemes.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and responding to employee queries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote working environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
