About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to support their Human Resources department in Liverpool . This role is vital for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations, providing essential administrative support to the HR team and employees. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, managing HR documentation, and providing general HR support. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with the administration of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reference requests.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to basic HR queries from employees and direct complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR department.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
