Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient HR Administrator to support their HR department in Liverpool . You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Process new hire documentation, including contracts of employment and onboarding information.
- Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR information.
- Support the HR team with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Help organize and coordinate HR training sessions and employee events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a preference for HR administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS software is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
