HR Advisor – Change Programmes (Hybrid/Remote)

British Red Cross is seeking an HR Advisor (Change Programmes) in Paisley, offering a hybrid arrangement between home and office. You will support the Senior HR Adviser and the HR Advice and Casework Team on restructures and consultations, delivering HR activities across the change journey for affected staff and managers.

You will help managers deliver legally compliant change processes, including formal consultations, with a focus on risk management, fairness and a people-centred approach.
