Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled HR Advisor to support their team in Glasgow . This role is instrumental in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will act as a key point of contact for HR queries, contribute to HR projects, and help foster a positive and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers in performance management processes and employee development planning.
- Contribute to recruitment and selection activities, ensuring a fair and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role or similar HR position.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience with HRIS systems and standard office software.
- CIPD qualification is desirable, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
