HR Advisor - Employee Relations

About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialist HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join their team in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This critical role will involve managing a diverse range of employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to managers, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and investigative skills, with a deep understanding of employment law and best practices for conflict resolution. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive work environment within the Wolverhampton operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on HR policies and employment law.
• Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Advisor with a demonstrable specialization in employee relations.

• Excellent investigative, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
• Strong ability to mediate and negotiate effectively.
• Resilience and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential HR matters in Wolverhampton .
