Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor with a specialization in Employee Relations to join their thriving team in Coventry, West Midlands . You will be the go-to expert for navigating employee concerns, disciplinary procedures, and grievance investigations, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a diverse range of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management concerns.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace disputes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters and employment law compliance.
- Develop and deliver training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, particularly concerning employee conduct and rights.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to ER cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role with a strong focus on Employee Relations .
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in handling employee disputes.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and mediating conflict effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain objective, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is advantageous for this Coventry -based role.
