Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and disputes, providing objective recommendations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current employment law.
- Provide coaching and support to line managers on effective people management strategies.
- Promote a positive employee culture and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all employee relations activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor with a significant focus on employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in managing complex HR cases.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and provide sound HR advice.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional background is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid capacity, adaptable to both office and remote settings.
