Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and line managers on a range of HR issues.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations cases.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
