About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled HR Advisor to join their team, offering a flexible remote working arrangement. This role is integral to providing comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across various departments. You will advise on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management, ensuring best practices and compliance with UK employment law. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and facilitating disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Support the performance management cycle, including objective setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Assist with talent acquisition activities, from job profiling to offer management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role is essential.
- Thorough understanding of human resources best practices and UK employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
