HR Advisor

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their team supporting operations in Manchester . You will provide essential HR support across a range of functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation. This role requires a dedicated HR professional who can offer practical advice and support to both employees and managers, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will be a key point of contact for HR queries, playing a vital role in the day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software.
• CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous.
