About the Role

You will provide essential HR support across a range of functions, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained. This role is crucial in supporting employees and managers with HR queries, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to employees and line managers on various HR issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain HR records and ensure the accurate use of the HR information system.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, supporting broader HR objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role, with knowledge of UK employment law.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and employee relations procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Working towards or holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous.
