About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their established team in Manchester . This role is essential for providing day-to-day HR support across various functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and HR project support. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with managers and employees to provide practical and effective HR solutions. The role is currently offered on a remote basis, allowing for flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance investigations.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
• Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
