HR Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a 3 month temporary contract.

This role will be based in Newbury and offers hybrid working with 2 days in office and the rest working from home.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £18 - £21 per hour, holiday pay included.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policy Support with the delivery and roll out of HR initiatives. Advise on the development of Policy, strategy, and plans.

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

Providing professional advice and support within a large organisation, ideally also with unions and stakeholders Strong employment law knowledge CIPD Level 5 qualification or qualified through experience
