Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to offer management.
• Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement and organizational development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and a strong understanding of employee relations management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is preferred.
