About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their team in Belfast . This role is crucial in supporting the business with a broad spectrum of HR activities, from employee relations to talent management and compliance. You will work collaboratively with line managers to provide effective HR solutions, ensuring consistency and best practice across the organisation. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based collaboration and the flexibility of working from home, supporting a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR administration tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as policy updates, training development, and engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, offering timely and accurate HR support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification is preferred.
