About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to support their operations in Cardiff . This role is integral to providing comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and promoting a positive work environment. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, from employee relations and recruitment to policy implementation and HR data management. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and line managers.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Support the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are understood and implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR initiatives and training programs.

Requirements

• Experience working as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or working towards one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
