About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join their entirely remote HR team. Based in Brighton but working remotely, you will serve as a key partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into effective HR strategies. This role is crucial for driving talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive culture across the company's distributed workforce. You will act as a consultant and change agent, ensuring HR initiatives support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
