HR Business Partner - Technology

HR Business Partner / HR Leader / HR Manager / Head of HR / Technology / IT / Product / Engineering / Software Engineering £400-£500/day or £90k FTC Hybrid - Solihull / Birmingham / West Midlands.

We're looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing technology business on a high-profile 6-month assignment .

This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with senior leaders across IT, Development, Engineering, Product and Design . You'll assess the current people structure, work with department heads, review team performance and effectiveness, identify improvements, and drive succession planning and organisational development .

You'll need to be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with extensive experience partnering with technology teams . Experience within a Tech business would be ideal, but strong experience supporting internal IT/Technology functions will be equally relevant.

• Strong IT / Technology / Development / Engineering / Product experience
• Comfortable operating at pace and challenging senior stakeholders
• Experience reviewing structures, performance and succession planning
• Available for a 6-month contract

Hybrid - 2 days per week in Solihull/Birmingham

£400-£500 per day (contract) or £90,000 FTC
