Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions to support business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
