Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR plans.
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce productivity.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, with a strong track record of delivering HR solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
