About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to support key business functions from their Southampton office. This senior role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively translate business objectives into people strategies, driving talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and leadership to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including organisational design and change management.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, recommend data-driven HR solutions, and measure impact.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent management, organisational development, and change management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Full CIPD qualification or equivalent.
