You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on all HR matters including talent management, employee relations, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business strategy and drive employee performance.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract and retain key talent within the business units.
- Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in our Nottingham office.
