Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead and support change management initiatives across designated business areas.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to deliver effective solutions and programmes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience is highly valued.
