About the Role
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking and strategic HR Business Partner to join their progressive team, operating entirely remotely. This key role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with overarching company goals and driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and HR frameworks within a dynamic, distributed workforce, ensuring consistent and effective HR support across all levels and locations. This is a fully remote position offering significant flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Drive change management efforts and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all applicable UK employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a remote or distributed organisation.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and organisational development principles.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive significant HR initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.
