Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance.

• Oversee performance management processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with the business to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with a background in the Derby area.
• Strong understanding of all HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and change initiatives.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is essential.
