You will be a trusted advisor to management and employees, focusing on areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their challenges and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a positive and productive work culture.
• Advise on HR best practices, employment law compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and contribute to HR reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong track record in managing employee relations and talent development.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification.
