Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland . Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals in Aberdeen .
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in supporting diverse business functions and engaging with senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
