About the Role

Our client is looking for an engaged and solutions-oriented HR Business Partner to support their operations in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . You will serve as a key HR contact for designated business units, providing guidance on a broad range of HR matters. Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong employee relations, implementing HR policies effectively, and supporting talent development initiatives to drive business success within the Wolverhampton area. This is a pivotal role in ensuring HR best practices are embedded locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, mediation, and disciplinary processes.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires within your business units.
• Contribute to performance management processes and talent development planning.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Advise on legal compliance related to employment matters in the UK.

  Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Experience with performance management and talent development frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to commute regularly to Wolverhampton, West Midlands .
