Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a good knowledge of UK employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management and driving HR initiatives to successful completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
