HR Business Partner

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support key business units within their organization based in Bristol . This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide expert HR advice, and drive the implementation of HR initiatives that support business objectives. You will be instrumental in areas such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, working closely with senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture. This is an office-based role in Bristol , offering significant influence and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR plans.
• Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development frameworks.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture.
• Manage complex HR projects and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner , ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification.
