Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to assigned business areas, understanding their objectives and translating them into HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a full range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead and support recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and legal requirements.
- Drive employee engagement programmes and initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession management for your business areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in talent management and organisational development.
