About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support various business units in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and change management. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented HR professional who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation. You will be a key enabler of our client's people strategy, driving initiatives that enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Advise on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex organisational environment.
