Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on all people-related matters.

• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives within assigned business units.
• Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role in the UK .
• Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) is preferred.
