Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join their organization in Wolverhampton . You will serve as a key liaison between HR and specific business units, providing strategic guidance and operational support to achieve organizational goals. This role is essential for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee development, and enhancing overall performance. You will have the opportunity to drive significant impact within the business, working closely with leadership to shape the future of the workforce in the West Midlands . You will be a critical partner in driving talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with assigned business units to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet business needs.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Champion organizational change initiatives and support employee engagement programs.

Requirements

Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role within the UK.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
