Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Substantial experience in an HR Business Partner role, supporting multiple business units.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable.
