Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Support talent acquisition and development initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure the impact of HR interventions.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent management, organisational development, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
