James Gray Associates seeks an experienced HR Change Consultant to lead a two-year people and culture transformation programme across Norfolk and North London. The role focuses on driving cultural change, improving engagement and retention, and embedding practical HR processes with Directors and senior leaders.

You will coach leaders, strengthen management capability, and shape talent strategies while delivering sustainable HR solutions across both sites.
