About the Role

Our client is searching for a diligent and knowledgeable HR Compliance Officer to join their team based in Norwich . This office-based position is responsible for ensuring that all HR practices and policies adhere to the latest UK employment legislation and company standards. You will play a critical role in mitigating risks, conducting audits, and developing compliance training programs, ensuring that the organization operates ethically and legally, thereby safeguarding the company and its employees while promoting a culture of compliance and best practice throughout the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and grievances.
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR compliance topics for employees and managers.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and advise the business accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR compliance or a related HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in conducting HR audits and risk assessments.
